Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
This policy explains what VioX AI (“VioX”, “we”) collects when you create a VioX account or sign in to a VioX app, such as VioX Voice or VioX Contact Center, through VioX identity at auth.viox.ai, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your name if you give it, and a password if you choose email and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash.
- Google or Microsoft sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Microsoft”, we receive your account ID with that provider, your email address, your name and, when available, your profile picture. We ask only for the basic “openid”, “email” and “profile” permissions. We never receive your Google or Microsoft password.
- Sign-in records: the time of each sign-in, your IP address and your browser’s user agent, kept for security.
- What you put into a VioX app: for example the text, audio, agents and settings you create in VioX Voice. Each app keeps this in your own workspace.
2. How we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To send the emails sign-in needs, such as verification and password-reset codes.
- To run the VioX apps you use and show you your own work and usage.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use Google or Microsoft account data for anything other than signing you in.
3. Who processes it for us
VioX identity runs on servers operated by VioX. We use a few service providers:
- Resend, to deliver sign-in emails.
- Vercel and Supabase, to host VioX apps and their databases.
- Google and Microsoft, only when you choose to sign in with them.
They handle data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account while it is active. When you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your account details and the data in your workspaces, except records we must keep by law.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your personal information. You can also remove VioX’s access from your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time. To make a request, email juan@viox.ai.
6. Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we also tell affected people promptly if a breach involves their data.
7. Children
VioX apps are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell account holders by email. Questions: juan@viox.ai.
